It's always a great feeling when someone pays you a compliment, and when it's Sir Peter Blake it is a real honour. He was interviewed in the latest issue of Living Etc and mentions us as one of his favourite places to shop, noting a beautiful and rare 46 star American Flag that now proudly hangs in his home, courtesy of Ines Cole. Be sure to pick up an issue for yourself soon!

If I were to choose one item of antique furniture for my home, it would have to be a bow fronted chest of drawers. Their simple lines and beautiful shape create an understated style that has stood the test of time. The Georgian period created some of the finest examples around, although there are some excellent Victorian era as well. We have some stunning models in the shop right now, including one inlaid rosewood.
Come and check them out this weekend.

As some of you may know, Maria used to sell vintage clothing, shoes, and handbags here in the shop up until last year. After taking a break to travel, she has brought back some fabulous pieces of vintage jewellery and accessories. This collection of necklaces are created using vintage charms and silver chains. The first group look very impressive, and each one is completely unique! There are even a couple with crown charms - a bit of royal wedding chic to keep the happy memories fresh... Be sure to click on each photo for a more detailed look!
See you in the shop,
Adam
